Soulidarity's project Ukraine Job Fair together with the staffing agency Lernia, Virtual Days and Ukrainian Professional Support Center would like to invite you newly arrived Ukrainians mass refugee directive to our online recruitment fair on September 14 at 13:00!

Lernia employed about 15,000 people in 2022 and will be recruiting at the fair for the tech industry in Skellefteå where they also provide housing. Jobs include quality control technicians, production workers, production quality engineers, project quality managers, material flow engineers, process operators, program planners and automation engineers. Salaries are marketable. language requirements: Appropriate knowledge of Swedish or English.

The Ukrainian Professional Support Center has helped thousands of newly arrived Ukrainians get closer to work and will offer lectures, workshops and interviews to help you get closer to a job. There are no language requirements.

If you live in Stockholm and need support using the platform during the day via our computers, we will be able to help you between 12-16 at Birger Jarlsgatan 66 at the metro station Rådmansgatan. Please arrive no later than 12:00-13:30 so that you can get everything ready for your interview with lernia.

Instructions during the fair:

1) During the fair, log in to your account at www.ukrainejobfair.com. We suggest that you log in and book a time before September 14th, and at the latest before 13:30 so that you can have your meetings with Lernia and UPSC before the fair closes at 16:00, and that you use a computer.

2) In the left menu, go to the "Exhibitors Hall" option. A pop-up menu will appear where you press the option "Fair, 14th of September".

3) Click on the stand with the Lernia image (or the UPSC stand) to visit their virtual stand.
4) The next step is to press the "Representative" button below the stand and select one of the recruiters in the menu box that appears and book an interview appointment by pressing the "Interview Request" button. You can also chat with the recruiter by pressing the "Chat" button.
6) An interview will be booked on the same day and information on how the online interview works will be sent to you by email within an hour or two, so keep an eye on your email address. You can also see your booked interviews in your "Dashboard" in the left menu under the pop-up menu option "Schedules", where you can press "Start interview" when the time for the interview has come.
7) Remember to give access to the page to use your microphone and camera when asked after starting the meeting.
8) The meeting will be about five minutes long. If the interview goes well, you will be called for a second interview of about 15 minutes in the following weeks for specific jobs that match your potential.

In addition to the many job interviews that will be held by Lernia's five recruiters for the several hundred jobs they have available across Sweden, other opportunities to get closer to the labor market will also be held by our staff from the Ukrain Job Fair and by the Ukrainian Proffessional Support Center, so don't forget to also book a meeting with the UPSC recruiters. The fair will end at 16:00, but it is best to book your appointments before 13:30.

Lernia employed in 2022 approx. 15 000 jobs with a focus on bl.a. construction, finance, industry, customer service, warehousing, logistics, vocational training, sales, technology and HR.

Project Soulidarity is a collaboration network between civil society organizations, with the main objective of ensuring safe housing, food and psychosocial support for youth left outside state care and welfare.

The primary network consists of representatives from Swedish Church, Red Cross, Fryshuset, Salvation army, Ny Gemenskap, Red Cross Youth Foundation, Stadsmissionen and War Child.
