Since August 2022, Soulidarity leads a cross-sectoral cooperation platform for work integration - Ukraine Job Fair. The aim is to build short and long term links between the target group, employers, civil society, educational bodies and authorities. Register via the button or read more about the project below. The platform is currently being used under the Ukraine Job Coaching project co-financed by the ESF.

How do I use the Ukraine Job Fair?

The site is structured as a three-dimensional job fair. On the platform, stakeholders from business, civil society and government are assigned stands where they can share their skills development, information and training materials and relevant job opportunities using our job matching system. Job matching

Participants can book job interviews with exhibitors based on their shared experiences, preferences and experiences. In turn, they can and will make contact with interesting participants.

Training (live & recorded), information & lectures

Webinars

Exhibitors can hold open webinars in virtual seminar halls via our built-in video function. Information material can be shared and the lecturer can chat with, and give the floor to, participants. Suitable for e.g. teaching, group interviews and group consultation.

Screening forms

All participants register their personal data in order to receive a personalized selection of stands, materials and opportunities. Exhibitors can use this information to register participation as they access the exhibitor's material.

Find & share relevant information

Dissemination of information

Exhibitors can share information about their activities, the Swedish labor market, migration and labor law, etc. at their stand, via open seminars or private video meetings.

Meetings, job interviews, mentoring & consultation

Chat & video meetings

Participants send E-mail, chat or inquiries to exhibitors' representatives regarding job interviews, consultation sessions or questions about their activities. The video call service is fully integrated into the platform and encrypted.

Open meeting tables

There are a number of different meeting tables that are open 24/7 where up to 100 participants and exhibitors can speak at any time via voice and/or video call. A room is dedicated solely to exhibitors who can use this room for networking and cross-sector communication.

How do I use the CV Screener?

You can access the CV printer through the button above. Preferably use a computer and not a mobile phone. Prepare yourself before the process by having information about your previous education (course, specialization, school and the years of education), your work experience (job role, company, starting and ending year, place of work and your tasks and achievements), and a picture of yourself for your CV (you can also take a picture directly in the program if your computer has a working camera). Once in the program, you can easily fill in these details and attach the relevant picture. When you are ready, press "Send" and your new CV will be sent to your completed e-mail in PDF format.

TIP! Make sure not to close the program while you are filling in your data as your information will be lost and you will have to restart. We therefore suggest that you write down information in a separate document first and paste it only when you have finished your compilation.
